Apply online at https://apply.lausd.net.  The window is open from Oct. 2 - Nov. 9.

eChoices information:

1. If you apply to only one school on the eChoices application and you are not granted a spot, you will remain on the waitlist for that school....

2. If you apply to two or more schools (you can choose up to three DLPs):
- You would only be waitlisted at your 1st choice if you did not get into your 2nd choice. If you get into your 2nd choice, you will NOT be waitlisted at your 1st choice.

- If you are offered a spot at your 1st choice, your 2nd and 3rd choices will not be considered.
- If you are offered a spot into any DLP program of your choice, you will not be placed on any waiting list.
- If there is no space available in any of your choices, you will be placed on the waiting list for your first choice only.

3. The waitlists will now be kept centrally in the Unified Enrollment Office.

4. If you apply during the first application period and you are offered, waitlisted or you accept a spot, you may still apply to other schools/programs during the late application period. Late application window starts in February 2018.

5. If you apply to both Magnet and DLP programs, you will lose Magnet points only IF, you are granted a Magnet spot and you decline. If you are not granted a Magnet spot, then the Magnet points accrue. DLP programs do not accrue points. If you decline a DLP spot you don’t lose points because there are no points with DLP.

6. Although you have the option to select up to three different Dual Language/Bilingual Programs, it is not mandatory to do so.  If you only have preference for one Dual Language/Bilingual Program, then only select that program as your single choice.
